From a beautiful pebble terrace one enters the impressive and bright entrance hall with typical Lombard cotto floor. The ground floor is composed of a three grand living rooms with open fireplaces, a dining room, a large eat-in kitchen with fireplace and pantry, a study and two bathrooms. This floor is characterized by period details such as splendid frescoed ceilings, antique wooden and Venetian marble floors, original doors and fireplaces. The bathrooms walls are covered with shiny stucco, an ancient material used in Pompeii.

Dieses wunderschöne, historische Anwesen in ruhiger Lage in Tremezzo genießt eine gute Sonneneinstrahlung und Blick auf den Comer See und die umliegenden Berge. Die Villa wurde Anfang des 18.
